Microsoft Services Agreement Phone Number

This online microsoft subscription agreement exists between the entity you represent or, if you do not name an entity related to a subscription purchase or subscription renewal, individually („you“ or „you“) and Microsoft Corporation („Microsoft,“ „we,“ „us“ or „ours“). It consists of the terms and conditions below as well as online terms of service, SLAs and offer details for your subscription or renewal (together the „contract“). It will come into effect on the date we will confirm your subscription or, if necessary, on the date your subscription is renewed. Keywords are set in section 8. f. No agency. This agreement does not create an agency, partnership or joint venture. n. government customers. Government customers should contact Microsoft prior to adoption. By accepting this agreement, you state that you have complied and will continue to comply with all procurement laws and regulatory requirements. „Online Terms of Service“ refers to the conditions for your use of the products available www.microsoft.com/en-us/Licensing/product-licensing/products.aspx. The terms and conditions for online services contain conditions for your use of products that apply in addition to the terms of this contract.

one. Term of contract and termination. This contract remains in effect until your subscription expires, terminates or extends, depending on the earliest date. (i) After your subscription is renewed, this contract ends and your subscription is then subject to the terms of the portal on the date your subscription is renewed (the „renewal conditions“). If you don`t agree with the terms of renewal, you can refuse to renew your subscription. j. Survival. The terms and conditions set out in Sections 1, 2.c., 2.e., 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are the termination or expiry of this Agreement. G. No third-party beneficiaries. There are no third parties to this agreement.

v. Suspension. We may suspend your use of online services if: (1) it is reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access to customer data; 2. They do not respond, within a reasonable time, to an allegation of section 5 violation; 3. They do not pay the amounts due under this contract; 4. You do not comply with the terms of use or violate other terms of this Agreement; or (5) for limited offers, the subscription becomes inactive if you do not have access to online services, as described in the details of the offer. If one or more of these conditions occur, then: e. Waiver. The absence of a provision in this agreement does not constitute a waiver. b. Restrictions.

Our Section 5.a. obligations do not apply to claims or premiums based on the following reasons: (i) customer solution, customer data, non-Microsoft products, changes you make to the product or services or materials you provide or provide in connection with the use of the product; (ii) your product combination with or damage based on the value of customer data or a non-Microsoft product, data or business process; (iii) Your use of a Microsoft trademark without our explicit written consent or your use of the product, after we have asked you to terminate its hiring due to a third-party claim; (iv) the distribution of the product to unrelated third parties or their use for the benefit of an unrelated third party; or (v) products provided free of charge.
